Description - Operate AS/400 servers and maintain the daily and monthly backups. - Secures system by developing system access, monitoring, control, and evaluation on AS/400 operating system. - Operate daily and Monthly system closings. - Maintains system performance by performing system monitoring, analysis and escalating application problems to Development Team. - Follow up UPS problems with service providers. - Ensure availability of printing supplies and papers to all employees. - Follow up with the finance concerned employees all bills regarding supplies orders. - Creating and designing reports using DB2 query and report generator tool to help business users. - Review and analyze branches need of printing supplies and ensure its availability and to ensure no work interruptions. - Monitor printing supplies consumption and stock level order of printing supplies. - Placing and following-up printing supplies purchase orders and following document cycle. - Develop documents related to new requirements on the IBS application and involved in delivering and testing the final product to business user and provide additional troubleshooting and support. - Designs & generates report periodically (daily, weekly and monthly).
Qualifications - University degree in any field - 3 - 5 years experience in the same field. - AS400 Operations & Administration. - Problem solving, Communication and analytical skills.
