-Manage and implement all benefit programs to increase employees retention. -Communicate with medical insurance provider to issue, change category & termination cases. -Prepare monthly Medical reports to be sent to direct manager including participation percentage of total head count & special cases status. -Participates in the development of new procedures and policies related to Short-term & Long-term Benefits and regulations. -Prepare quarterly Medical reports to be sent to Finance Department to affect the cost as per Company branches. -Develop frequent reports to be submitted to direct manager to reveal achieved versus planned objectives.
Qualifications -University degree in any field. -1 - 2 years experience in compensation and benefits area. -HR Diploma or its equivalent is a more preferable. -Good user of MS office. -Good Data analysis and excellent follow up skills. -Good Problem solving and excellent communication skills.
